Unlike many larger recruitment firms, Berkeley Booth partners with a select group of ‘Key Clients’ allowing us (in conjunction with the most modern recruitment technology and methodologies) to conduct as wide a search as possible for our clients to present high quality shortlists. Paired with the freedom to comprehensively headhunt for our ‘Key Clients’ we are able to offer bespoke and flexible fee packages for this work.

The executive consultant and research team uses the most up to date search and selection methodologies allowing the team to deliver on complex international or multi-level hiring projects on a timely basis whilst ensuring that clients have as wide an array of potential and qualified candidates as possible.

When conducting retained projects, the team is able to present the client with a progress report at each stage (mapping, longlist, shortlist) which is useful when assessing potential candidates against protected characteristics and/or gender diversity reporting targets.

In addition to traditional retained and contingent recruitment projects, the research and consultancy team are able to produce competitor analysis (eg. comparative team size), market mapping, and compensation and benefits analysis.

Consultancy
We provide a range of consultancy services. Our tax planning consultancy offers on or off site tax services provided by qualified accountancy staff. And our HR consultancy provides on or off site HR support, systems and training expertise from established industry specialists.

Providing tax advice to private individuals and UK companies internationally, we work alongside other professional advisers such as accountants, solicitors and financial advisers, to deliver specialist tax services that meet the needs of our clients.
